博士,教授,博士生导师,湖北省教育厅相关计划特聘教授,湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程第二层次人选。2007年博士毕业于华中师范大学;20078月至20103月在美国西弗吉尼亚大学化学系进行博士后研究。

主要研究方向为有机合成方法学研究;精细化学品包括药物及中间体合成;含磷,硅,氟等元素有机化合物及材料的合成以及工艺开发;医药材料化工生产废弃物综合利用。近年来在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed; Org. Lett; Org. Chem. Front; Chem. Commun; Adv. Catal. Syn等权威刊物上发表论文80余篇,授权发明专利40余项。主持和完成了国家自然科学基金,湖北省自然科学基金,湖北省教育厅人才项目及重点项目等多项纵向课题,以及主持和参与了20余项的横向课题研究,解决了相关的核心技术问题,产生了显著的经济效益。

每年指导多名本科生,很多本科学生进入国内外著名高校攻读研究生继续深造。已经毕业50多名硕士及博士研究生,大部分研究生进入上市公司,高等院校以及相关政府管理部门工作。
